How to start

In order to cut your logo we need the information below.

• A digital file of your logo (vector file, .ai .pdf .eps)
• The desired dimensions of your logo
• The desired material and color
• The desired hanging system (spacers or double-sided tape)

Based on this information we will prepare a quote for you. After approval of the quote we can often produce your logo in one working day.

Material

Below you will find the 4 most commonly used materials for cutting your logo that you can choose from.

• Multiplex, is a strong material and available in several thicknesses. Multiplex can be stained well, whereby the grain of the wood will remain visible and can also be treated for outdoor use.
• MDF (blank, coated and veneered). MDF blank can be painted or sprayed. MDF veneered has a number of options for beautiful wood structures. MDF coated is available in black, brown and white and immediately gives a beautifully finished result.
• Acrylic (perspex). Acrylic is often chosen because of its wide range of applications for both outdoor and indoor use and the great diversity of colours and external options. If acrylic is desired in a specific colour, the thickness is 3mm. White and black acrylic are also available in other thicknesses (up to a maximum of 8mm).
• Metal or stainless steel , a durable solution for both outdoor and indoor use.

Combinations are also possible in consultation.

Suspension system

Smaller size logos are provided by Fire Feather standard supplied with double-sided tape. A flat surface is required to hang the logo. Hanging with double-sided tape is relatively easy and usually cheaper than spacers. For outdoor applications, special foam tape is required.

Larger size logos can be supplied with spacers. Hanging with spacers creates depth because the logo hangs slightly away from the wall. Fire Feather has 2 options for spacers: stainless steel or plastic and are both available in different sizes (the size is the distance to the wall): 7mm (mini), 14mm (small), 20mm (medium) and 24mm (large). Spacers must be attached to the wall with screws.
